 Mr. Snyder currently is Managing Partner of Onset Capital, which manages the California Infrastructure Fund I, focused on technology-enabled infrastructure, including investments in water, power, energy, environmental, and transportation sectors. Mr. Snyder has held a range of senior executive positions, including corporate executive, financial and investment management positions with The Bechtel Group and PwC Securities, and has served on numerous boards.

Mr. Raff is the team leader of RUWI and managing partner for Business Enhancement Associates assisting energy and clean technology clients worldwide. He previously founded two successful real estate development companies that were ultimately sold to public companies. His project development and construction management experience includes large industrial and commercial projects for Fortune 500 clients. He has previous banking, consulting and investment experience with Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.

 Mr. Johnson's career spans nearly 40 years in the electric power industry with roles and responsibilities ranging from detail execution to executive leadership and work experience ranging from project development to commissioning. Complete understanding of both the business and technical aspects of building, owning and operating power facilities. Working knowledge of all phases of the project delivery process and most all types of technologies associated with Simple / Combined Cycle Combustion Turbine, Coal Fired New Generation , Air Quality Control Retrofit, Biomass New Generation, Solar New Generation and Betterment & Backfit power projects.

Chief Commercial Officer

Mr. London, Lt Col (ret.) USAF, has extensive aviation experience and has achieved success working at the highest levels of government and the Department of Defense.  He spent 3 years at the Pentagon as the lead action officer for program, budget, and policy of a portfolio of systems valued at $400+B. Most recently he served as Managing Director of Operations for a $30M/yr aviation company. As a growing serial entrepreneur, Marc has also started three small businesses with one successful exit.  

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Molsbee has a 30+ year career in science, technology, engineering, and management. Richard is currently providing technical and engineering support for the process and detailed design and engineering of waste-to-energy projects using the SAF and Fischer-Tropsch technologies.
