Charles Snyder

  Chairman, Board of Directors

 Mr. Snyder currently is Managing Partner of Onset Capital, which manages the California Infrastructure Fund I, focused on technology-enabled infrastructure, including investments in water, power, energy, environmental, and transportation sectors. Mr. Snyder has held a range of senior executive positions, including corporate executive, financial and investment management positions with The Bechtel Group and PwC Securities, and has served on numerous boards.  

Carl Raff


Mr. Raff is the team leader of RUWI and managing partner for Business Enhancement Associates assisting energy and clean technology clients worldwide. He previously founded two successful real estate development companies that were ultimately sold to public companies. His project development and construction management experience includes large industrial and commercial projects for Fortune 500 clients. He has previous banking, consulting and investment experience with Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.

Greg Martinsen

Principal, Chief Operating Officer 

Mr. Martinsen is responsible for all project design and construction teams. Greg has 20 years of experience with utility system planning, project development, construction and operations management. He is a collaborative leader with the ability to assemble and organize high performance teams of diverse professionals for profitable, rapid growth with extensive public and private sector background in executive management, strategic planning, project management, business unit monitoring and

Scott Johnson

 Chief Development Officer

 Mr. Johnson's career spans nearly 40 years in the electric power industry with roles and responsibilities ranging from detail execution to executive leadership and work experience ranging from project development to commissioning. Complete understanding of both the business and technical aspects of building, owning and operating power facilities. Working knowledge of all phases of the project delivery process and most all types of technologies associated with Simple / Combined Cycle Combustion Turbine, Coal Fired New Generation , Air Quality Control Retrofit, Biomass New Generation, Solar New Generation and Betterment & Backfit power projects.

Sanford Stein

VP Partnerships 

Mr. Stein is responsible for partnership development with Investors and government agencies. He is an experience environmental lawyer with extensive experience in infrastructure development, public finance and public-private partnerships, economic development, government regulations and procurement. He began his practice with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, where he was responsible for numerous enforcement and policy matters.

Marc London

Executive  Vice President

Mr. London, Lt Col (ret.) USAF, has extensive aviation experience and has achieved success working at the highest levels of government and the Department of Defense.  He spent 3 years at the Pentagon as the lead action officer for program, budget, and policy of a portfolio of systems valued at $400+B. Most recently he served as Managing Director of Operations for a $30M/yr aviation company. As a growing serial entrepreneur, Marc has also started three small businesses with one successful exit.

Tom Eddy PhD, P.E. (Ret.)

 VP Research & Technology

Dr. Eddy's major activities with RUWI are to promote the design, integration and implementation of plasma arc melter treatment systems for industrial hazardous waste, municipal solid waste, hospital waste and power plant waste. Through the National Laboratory System, he was Technical Leader of Plasma Processing in the Materials Technology section and directed integrated technical aspects of plasma destruction of hazardous wastes, where he developed an expertise in the manufacture and materials science of plasma arc systems and glass-ceramics for the stabilization of hazardous materials. . 

Richard Molsbee

VP Technology

Mr. Molsbee has a 30+ year career in science, technology, engineering, and management. Richard is currently providing technical and engineering support for the process and detailed design and engineering of waste-to-energy projects using the SAF and Fischer-Tropsch technologies. These projects will convert carbon-based wastes into transportation fuels and other valuable commodities. 

Brian Raivo P.E.

VP Engineering

 Mr. Raivo is responsible for all engineering activities including the design of the melter, tapping devices and electro drive components. He is currently a consultant to the Idaho National Lab and previously worked with Tom Eddy at MeltTran as chief engineer and VP of Research and Development.
